VOLUNTEERS: The Network is looking for volunteers. Volunteers are asked to work on the crisis phone two days per month. The hourly shifts are from 5:00 pm to 10 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If you are interested please call 586-7689.

IN-KIND DONATIONS: The Nework has received many calls concerning donations of clothing, furniture, and miscellaneous items. We do not have the ability to store these donations, please donate to Salvation Army, SACKS or LOVE, Inc. in the name of The Network. Network clients can access these programs for these items. Thank you for all your support!

DONATE YOUR CELLULAR PHONES TO THE NETWORK:
Shelter Alliance proudly supports shelters nationwide: Shelter Alliance, sponsored by Global Refurbishment Corporation, offers shelters and social service organizations a unique and innovative fundraising opportunity. Call the Network if you have wireless phones that are three years and younger to donate. By recycling your used cellular phones you prevent their imminent entry into the landfills and support your local shelter. Global Refurbishment pays the Network for each cellular phone collected. In these times of dwindling federal, state and local funding, the Network must look to the community for funding. Remember, smaller digital phones will yield the greatest value.
